Our postage rates are simple and transparent. We offer two flat rate postage options:
- Standard post: $10.
- Express post: $20.
Express post refers to carrier transit time only. Orders will generally be processed according to our regular schedule.
To ensure that each order receives due care and attention, we operate on a weekly fulfillment cycle:
- Orders placed by Saturday are processed and filled on Sunday
- Orders are placed in the post on the following Monday or Tuesday.
For example, If you place an order on Wednesday 4th of some month, it will be processed on Sunday 8th and shipped by Tuesday 10th.
Transit times are set by Australia Post. Please check Australia Post’s postage calculator to get an estimate of shipping time. Our parcels ship from Gin Gin, Queensland, 4671.
We believe that a consistent, rhythmic process ensures the highest level of service.
