Description
Milestone Maths is the first fully Australian print-based maths curriculum designed especially for Aussie homeschoolers by an Australian homeschooling parent. The short, engaging, multisensory lessons aim to build mathematical thinking and independence in learning as quickly as possible. The professionally printed and spiral bound workbooks with laminated covers are sturdy, lay flat and fold back on themselves to stand up to the most demanding homeschool ‘classroom’ be it at home or on the road.
This level C book bundle consists of four student books intended for the average student in Year 2. At Milestone Maths, we understand that homeschool life can be hectic, so we’ve built flexibility into every aspect of the program. The four workbooks contain 160 lessons: allowing 4 lessons per week of a standard Australian school year. That gives you one day per week for homeschool meetups, excursions or for life. It also means that should you feel your child needs to “catch up,” the task is much easier than if we had scheduled lessons for five days per week.
Of course, as a homeschooler, your child is free to learn at their own pace, so we recommend that you select the level that best suits their current level of skill and knowledge. Please see our placement guide for advice and feel free to contact the author if you need further assistance. We offer a free marking and assessment service for the placement tests. Contact us via email to enquire about this.
You will also need a set of Sumstix (standard Cuisenaire rods). If you don’t have these, check out our Level C complete kit.
This discounted bundle also includes free shipping so it’s a win-win for you!
