Kathy Gonzalez holds a PhD in Computer Engineering and boasts over 30 years of teaching and tutoring experience. For the past 15 years, she has dedicated herself to homeschooling and working part-time as a special needs literacy and numeracy tutor. She is known for her ability to communicate complicated concepts in accessible ways.

Her unique blend of technical and teaching skills along with her extensive experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and effective teaching strategies for learners of all levels and abilities. When not teaching or writing, Kathy enjoys reading, cherishing family time, and baking bread. She lives with her husband and three boys on their rural property in Queensland’s Burnett Region.
