Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find any problem with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable files

You must produce a receipt or other proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Change of mind returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and must be in original, unused condition including any instructions and packaging materials.

There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted:

  • Items returned without a return authorisation.
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items on sale

Refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To return an item, please email orders@milestonemaths.com.au to request a return authorisation. To expedite your request, please include your order number and clearly state why you would like a return. Claims for damaged goods should include photos of the damage. Expect a reply within 36 hours, usually sooner. Instructions on where to send your return will be provided with the return authorisation email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the result of your request for refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds usually take 2-5 business days to process.

Missing or Late refunds

Please wait at least 3 business days for your refund to arrive.

If the refund seems to be delayed, please contact your bank to check what their processing time to receive eway refunds is.

If your bank is unable to advise you, please contact us at orders@milestonemaths.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please send us an email at orders@milestonemaths.com.au for a return authorisation and instructions.

Shipping returns

Unless the error was ours, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

It is recommended that you use the Australia Post parcel service to return your item as tracking and insurance are automatically included. Make sure that the included insurance amount is sufficient to cover the cost of the items being returned. Please take note of and keep your tracking number.

As the delivery service is beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is your responsibility to track return items and follow up with the postal service about any delays. If there is a problem with the return postage, please email us and we will do our best to advise and assist you.
